No Bake Carob Protein Balls

1 cup rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
¼ cup carob
2 Tbsp flax seeds
2 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
2 Tbsp raisins (optional)
¼ cup coconut shavings (optional)
Stir oats, peanut butter, honey, carob, flax seeds, chia seeds, and raisins together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Scoop chilled mixture into balls. If using coconut shavings, roll balls in coconut. Keep cold until serving.
